Eekhoff Law, Prof. LLC, is the law office of Casey L. Eekhoff, Attorney and Counselor at Law. Eekhoff Law, Prof. LLC, is located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, however Casey can represent clients in any state in the US.

Casey is our founder and attorney. She has more than 10 years of immigration law experience. Raised on a small family farm in Viborg, South Dakota, Casey earned an appreciation for hard work and grit required for the unexpected twists and turns of living on the prairie. Casey is married and has four children. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and reading in her free time. Her favorite part of her work is meeting clients from around the world and watching the American Dream materialize for individuals and businesses nationwide. Casey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in Psychology at the University of Minnesota - Morris in 2003 where she was a multiple honoree on the Dean’s List. She then attended the University of South Dakota and earned a Masters degree in English. Casey later attended the University of South Dakota School of Law and earned her law degree in 2013. Admitted in South Dakota and the US District of South Dakota. However, Casey is able to practice immigration law in any state.

Sarah is a paralegal with experience in both family and employment-based immigration cases. She especially enjoys helping clients file family petitions, green card applications, and applications for naturalization. Sarah finds it rewarding to help others make the United States their home.

Jennifer is a bilingual paralegal (Spanish and English) with over five years of experience in immigration law, including removal defense, family petitions, VAWA, U Visas, and more. Passionate about helping others, she’s dedicated to providing professional, compassionate, and reliable support to individuals and families navigating complex immigration processes.

Chelsea is a paralegal with over four years of experience in immigration law, including family petitions and consular processing. She’s persistent and will not give up on her commitment to bring families together for a new life.

Passionate about connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, Laura supports clients in their immigration journeys with a focus on children’s cases, including Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) matters and state custody issues. She offers clear guidance and dedicated support throughout the legal process. She speaks English, Spanish, and Finnish.

Grayson is a senior in college interested in helping others. He’s committed to going to law school and passionate about studying union law and becoming a labor rights advocate.
